last month appeared in Magistrates' Court on Friday.

An arrest warrant was issued for Paco Teleph Fubler of Woodlands Road, after he bolted from the court building minutes before he was due to appear with his accomplice, Joeshon Russell, earlier this month.

Russell, 17, is awaiting sentencing pending a social inquiry report.

Both youths have pleaded guilty to indecently assaulting the Pembroke woman as she walked towards central Hamilton on the evening of August 25.

The 25-year-old victim was first approached by the pair along Richmond Road, near the Robin Hood Pub.

Police Insp. Peter Duffy, prosecuting, told the court that both Fubler and Russell verbally assaulted the woman, and touched her in a very obscene manner until they approached the well-lit Esso gas station area.

The teenagers then disappeared from view.

Believing she was then safe to continue on her way, the woman proceeded onto Church Street where the pair resumed their attack near the entrance to the Par-la-Ville parking lot. Again, they stopped only after reaching a well-lit area.

Using descriptions provided by the victim, Police took Fubler to the Hamilton Station for questioning.

Although he admitted grabbing at the woman on Richmond Road, Fubler told Police that he could not remember touching her on Church Street, or verbally insulting her.

Senior Magistrate the Wor. Will Francis released Fubler on $500 bail. The teenager will be sentenced in two weeks' time, after receipt of a social inquiry report.
