them -- current president Neville Tyrrell or challenger Mark Trott.

The election for president will be the weightiest item on the agenda at the BFA's annual general meeting at Social Club this evening.

It is understood that second vice president Elroy Ratteray will also be challenged on the executive by PHC's Chris Furbert.

Trott has emerged as favourite to oust Tyrrell, as sources indicated that a majority of the 22 affiliates reaffirmed their support for the challenger in a meeting last Wednesday night.

Neither Tyrrell nor Trott wished to comment on tonight's meeting. Both said they had enjoyed a relaxing weekend and all they could do now was to "wait and see what happened''.
