Mrs. Karry Grimes received permission for the centre which is set to be located in the St. Augustine Church Hall on St. Augustine Hill, Pembroke.

The Board stated that the nursery/after care school should operate between the hours of 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday only. And the number of children at the facility should not exceed 30 without the prior express consent of the Board.

The Board also said that the facility "shall be subject to compliance with the Public Health Nursery Schools and Day Nurseries Regulations, 1978.'' It also required that the applicant have in place a designated crossing guard to ensure that both parents and children could safely cross the public road.
