Neal Larry Rosner, 35, admitted possession of 1.8 grams of cannabis. Sgt. Earl Kirby, prosecuting, said that Rosner arrived on a cruise ship at Penno's Wharf, St. George's on Monday.

Authorities searched his cabin and found nine homemade cigarettes and eight cigarette butts containing marijuana.
