The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index (BSX) dropped 18.16 points (0.34 percent) to close at 5,266.24 yesterday.

A total of 20,319 shares worth $334,051.50 were traded throughout the course of the day.

Butterfield Bank and Bermuda Commercial Bank Ltd. were the big traders with 15,415 and 4,230 shares traded respectively.

Devonshire Industries Ltd. (200 shares), MediaHouse Ltd. - eight percent PFD (200), Belco Holdings Ltd. (174) and Argus Group Holdings Ltd. (100) were also active, but none of the companies saw their share price change.
