TeleBermuda International (TBI) experienced a hardware problem resulting in its Internet capabilities being down for an hour yesterday.

A spokeswoman said faulty hardware resulted in their Internet service breaking down for an hour and 15 minutes at 1.30 pm yesterday. It is not yet known how many customers were left without Internet due to the problem. A company spokeswoman said they hoped to have more information after monitoring the system overnight.

TBI apologised to its customers for any inconvenience caused by the problem.
