Shipping firm Frontline Ltd. re-appointed their board of directors at their AGM last week.

The meeting, which was held at the Fairmont Hamilton Princess on Friday, saw John Fredriksen, Tor Olav Troeim, Kate Blankenship and Frixos Savvides re-elected to their posts.

Meanwhile, PricewaterhouseCoopers AS of Oslo, Norway were chosen as auditors and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.

The same members were re-elected to the board of Bermuda-based dry bulk shipping company, Golden Ocean Group Ltd., with Moore Stephens appointed as auditors and to authorise the directors to determine their remuneration.
