The first Northern California Women's Exchange Conference will take place next week in Santa Clara and is being co-sponsored by the Bermuda Department of Tourism.

The Women's Leadership Exchange will feature Dawn Lepore, chairman and CEO of Drugstore.com and Carly Fiorina, former chair and CEO of Hewlett Packard.

The event, billed as the first-ever Northern California national leadership and business development conference, is at the Santa Clara Convention Centre on September 27.
