The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange dropped 10.79 points yesterday as shares worth $96.018 changed hands in light pre-Christmas trading.

Belco Holdings Ltd. shares fell $2 to close at $23, while Argus Group Holdings Ltd. was the only other mover, rising 75 cents to close at $13.75.

Bermuda Aviation Services, which closed unchanged at $6.25, saw the greatest activity as 4,800 of its shares traded, while BF&M Ltd. saw 1,800 shares sold and 1,200 shares Argus Group Holdings Ltd. shares traded.

In addition Keytech Ltd. sold 500 shares and Belco Holdings Ltd., 414.

The Index closed at 4,855.74, down 0.22 percent, as a total of 8.714 shares changed hands.
