LONDON (Bloomberg) - Alea Group Holdings Ltd., a Bermuda-based reinsurer, said it will post an after-tax loss of $25 million in the third quarter for a loss on a contract.

Alea will receive a one-time payment of $203.6m in relation to the agreement, the Hamilton-based company said in a Regulatory News Service statement.
