The Royal Gazette has been prohibited from publishing the article that would have appeared in this space as a result of a Supreme Court order.

The order was issued last night by Puisne Judge Mr. Justice Bell following an ex-parte application for an injunction by the Attorney General, Sen. Kim Wilson.

The order is temporary and a full hearing on the Government’s application for an injunction will take place.
