The former campaign manager for Premier Ewart Brown appeared in Magistrates’ Court today to face charges of misappropriating funds.

Andre Curtis, of Ariel View Road, Devonshire, did not have to submit a plea as the charges against him must be dealt with in Supreme Court.

Mr. Curtis was charged with two counts of fraudulently obtaining more than $240,000 from a member of the public and Government. He was also charged with falsifying a bank account under Government’s faith-based tourism initiative.
