Re: Campaign to raise awareness about organ donation.

Dear Sir,

Please allow me to express my admiration for a job well done. Your reporter, Karen Smith, along with your editorial staff, photographers and all concerned have put together an excellent series dealing with this topic.

It is difficult to strike a balance with this topic. Somehow the right mix of need, compassion, human interest, scientific and social aspects has been struck and struck well.

The patients and staff of the Dialysis Unit, who are currently swamped, will most certainly reap the benefits from your efforts in the near future.

May I be so bold, as to suggest that the entire series be placed into pamphlet form and forwarded to both the New England Organ Bank, as well as the National Kidney Foundation for probable use in their public awareness campaigns.
