Thousands to join Palm Sunday Walk
This year?s National Trust Palm Sunday Walk, which usually attracts some 2,000-plus people, will tour the rural parts of central Bermuda.
The annual walk aims to take members of the public through parts of the Island people don?t normally visit.
This year it will focus on the rural parts of Devonshire and Paget. Notable sites this year include Prospect Cemetery, Woodside, Waterville, Clifton and Fort Prospect.
The National Trust is encouraging all residents and visitors to participate in the free event which the Trust describe as vigorous and not suitable for very young children or the frail.
It starts at CedarBridge Academy at 2 p.m. on Sunday.
Limited parking is available at CedarBridge and Prospect Primary.
A flyer showing the route and containing some of the highlights of the trail will be handed out at the beginning.
