The Argus Group yesterday advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that JoCarol Robinson has resigned as a director of the company.

The Bank of Bermuda yesterday advised the Bermuda Stock Exchange that "at a meeting of the board of directors held (on Monday) that Dr. Clarence E. James' retirement as a director of the Bank of Bermuda was accepted, effective July 30, 2001, in accordance with the board's mandatory retirement age of 70."
