David Surmon and Kevin Comeau last week resigned their directorships from four LOM funds effective May 20, the Money Market Fund Ltd., Balanced Fund Ltd., Fixed Income Fund Ltd. and Equity Fund Ltd.

Michael Mello, meanwhile, was appointed director of each fund at the company's AGM.
