Weisser got a salary of $1.2 million, a $1.7 million bonus, a restricted stock award of $1.18 million, long-term incentive payments of $2.98 million and $48,200 in other pay including insurance premiums and retirement payments, Bunge said in a government filing. He also received 95,000 stock options valued by Bloomberg at $1.52 million.

A year earlier, the 50-year-old Weisser?s total compensation was $9.39 million, including salary of $1.2 million, a $3 million bonus, according to the White Plains, New York-based company. He also received 130,000 options valued at $1.42 million.
