The Royal Gazette/Bermuda Stock Exchange Index fell 3.9 points to 2270.75 as a drop in BF&M shares drove the Index down.

BF&M fell 25 cents to $10.50 on volume of 300 shares, offsetting a 35 cent gain in Belco shares, which closed at $31 on volume of 100.

Also trading up were KeyTech preference shares, which gained 25 cents to close at $11.25 on volume of 357.

A total of 7,273 shares worth $194,106.25 traded.
