Fresh Air movie nights set to take place at Barr’s Bay Park

World famous spy James Bond will be making a special appearance in Hamilton next month.

The City of Hamilton will be hosting an open-air screening of the film No Time to Die at Barr’s Bay Park on June 25.

The film, starring Daniel Craig as 007, will screen after children’s favourite Raya And The Last Dragon.

Tamara Smith, the city’s events and marketing co-ordinator, said: “We are so excited that our popular Fresh Air Films series is back in its original format. No more drive-in — it’s time to get out of your car and into the park for a night of films under the stars.

“We are inviting you to grab your crew, bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy a movie on the harbour side at one of Hamilton’s most picturesque waterfront spots with unrivalled views across the marina. It’s all the same movie fun as before, at a new venue.”

Gates open at 5.30pm and the curtain will go up at 6.30pm.

Food, snack and beverage vendors will be available for purchases on site.

For entry, people must show a receipt with a minimum value of $25 from any city business made between May 26 and June 25. One receipt will provide entry for up to four people.
