High winds cause ferry cancellations

Gale force winds looming to the northwest of the island caused ferry services to be cancelled this evening, according to Marine and Port Services.

The 5.10pm and 6.20pm Green Route services were cancelled, as well as the 6.20pm Pink Route.

The department apologised for the inconvenience.

According to the Bermuda Weather Service, the bad weather, which includes storm force gusts, will last into early tomorrow.
