The RG/BSX Index was up 9.52 points (0.34 per cent) on the Bermuda Stock Exchange to close at 2837.44.
Only Allshores saw activity with 3,000 shares trading to close at $17, up $1 (6.3 per cent).
The total turnover for the day was $51,000.
Meanwhile, Butterfield Bank closed at $44.50 on the New York Stock Exchange, up 24 cents, (0.54 per cent) on volume of 120,812.
