The RG/BSX Index ended the day down 55.96 points (1.88 per cent) to close at 2,922.67, based on the trading of 2,500 shares of Butterfield Bank. Butterfield fell $1 (2.2 per cent) to close at $44.
The day also saw 2,000 shares of Allshores Ltd traded. The share price remained the same.
Total turnover was $143,612.00.
Butterfield fell 26 cents (0.59 per cent) on the New York Stock Exchange to close on $44.16.
The volume of shares traded was 68,996.
