Six promoted to senior associate at Carey Olsen
Six lawyers have been promoted to the role of senior associate at Carey Olsen Bermuda Ltd.
Siobhan Boys, Charlotte Donnelly and Matthew Summers have each been promoted within the firm's dispute resolution and litigation team, which received a top Band 1 ranking in the 2025 Chambers Global guide.
Ms Boys has experience acting in a broad range of commercial litigation matters, with a focus on regulatory disputes and cross-border insolvency and restructuring matters.
Ms Donnelly has advised on small claims to complex cross-border disputes in commercial and civil litigation, including insolvency proceedings, regulatory enforcement and insurance and reinsurance disputes.
Mr Summers has experience litigating a wide variety of commercial disputes, including contract, insurance, debt, civil fraud and corporate governance matters.
Thomas Connor, Matthew Dulaney and Erinn O'Brien have been promoted within the firm's corporate team, which legal directories say is one of the strongest in Bermuda.
They each advise on all aspects of Bermuda corporate and finance law, with notable experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulation and complex commercial matters.
