PwC’s Insurance Summit brings together industry visionaries

The PwC Insurance Summit PwC scheduled for next month is expecting more than 300 attendees from more than 100 reinsurers and financial services firms.

A highlight of the summit will be David Burt, the Premier’s keynote interview with the Financial Times insurance correspondent Lee Harris.

Christina Lucas, senior insurance strategy and innovation leader at Google, will also participate in the session: Beyond the hype — integrating automotion, AI and emerging technologies to drive meaningful change.

Joining them are the chief executives of the top global reinsurers who will explore how the industry, in the face of escalating catastrophic events, emerging cyber threats and advancements in artificial intelligence, is confronted with unparalleled challenges in bridging protection gaps and securing strategic priorities.

PwC territory and insurance leader Arthur Wightman said this summit reflects PwC's commitment to fostering dialogue and innovation among the industry's leaders, ensuring that we not only adapt to change but drive it.

“We look forward to engaging discussions that will empower us all to navigate the complexities of the rapidly evolving reinsurance landscape.”

The in-person only summit will take place at the Hamilton Princess on November 12.
