BermudAir and Paradise Mobile have announced the next step in their partnership: an exclusive roaming offer for anyone booking a BermudAir flight between now and January 19.

Customers who book within the promotional window will be eligible to try Paradise Mobile’s Ace plan for free, which provides unlimited talk, text and data roaming in Bermuda, all of North America and the United Kingdom. It also includes 400 minutes of UK calling.

The plan can be activated at any time before next June, allowing travellers to plan ahead and roam with ease.

To celebrate Paradise Mobile is holding a meet and greet with BermudAir’s Cabin crew team tomorrow, from 10pm to 12pm at 24 Reid Street in Hamilton.

There will be refreshments from L’Artisan — reminiscent of BermudAir’s on-board experience — and take part in exclusive giveaways.

The first 50 people to visit during the meet and greet will receive a $25 BermudAir voucher, which can be used to book future travel with the airline.

From 10am until 6pm the firm will be giving away a voucher for a return BermudAir flight as well as a year of Paradise ACE, every hour on the hour, to new and existing customers.

New customers who purchase BermudAir flights before January 19 will enjoy a two month subscription of endless talk, text and data at no cost when they activate ACE, while existing Paradise customers will receive a bill credit equivalent to one month of the ACE plan (valued at $153 a month).

The partnership began earlier this year when BermudAir selected Paradise Mobile as its 5G partner to supercharge operations across flight crews, groundstaff and international coordination.

Sam Tabbara, chief executive of Paradise Mobile, said the two firms were both built on the belief that Bermudians deserve real choice.

“Since day one, we have worked to break away from outdated thinking, overcomplicated plans and the idea that you have to accept poor service because that is all that is available,” he said. “This roaming offer is another way we are proving that there is a better way. Book a flight and we will connect you wherever you go, with no surprises and no nonsense. It is that simple.”

BermudAir CEO Adam Scott said both companies are Bermudian with truly local values and are committed to elevating the Bermuda experience with fresh ideas.
