Customers are seeing new Allshores signage as Argus Group and BF&M officially move under a single, shared brand.

The companies said the rebrand will not affect existing policies nor how customers access services. Argus websites, portals and phone numbers will continue to operate while products are gradually brought under the Allshores name.

While renovations continue at the future Allshores headquarters at 14 Wesley Street, customers who need in-person assistance can visit the temporary service location at 112 Pitts Bay Road during business hours.

Abigail Clifford, group president and chief executive, said in a message to customers on Monday that the new brand reflects a unified direction for the business.

“We deeply appreciate your continued trust as we move forward together. On behalf of everyone at Allshores, thank you for choosing us to protect what matters most,” she said.

The name change comes after the merger of two Bermudian-based insurance and financial services companies in early 2025.

In May, shareholders approved changing BF&M’s holding-company name to Allshores Ltd. At the time, the company said the name reflects its ambition to serve Bermuda, the Caribbean and beyond under one identity.

The newly-rebranded company trades under the ticker ALSH.BH on the Bermuda Stock Exchange. The stock last traded at $17.25.
