It?ll be fun and safe ... and don?t forget to wear pink or white!

Unit? presents Pink Party II ? a South Beach styled party complete with Brazilian capeirora, Unit?e showgirls, pink Hypnotic cocktails and a surprise celebrity performance.

The party will take place on Saturday night at Snorkel Park in Dockyard where partygoers are expected to wear pink or white.

Event organiser Belcario Thomas promises a fun, safe night partygoers will not forget.

?Unit?s aim is to create world class level events for mature, upscale discerning party patrons enticing locals, local residents and tourists alike.?

?Socially, I?ve always scoffed at the notion that people self-segregate themselves so much in Bermuda. Through Unit?, we?ve encouraged and attracted a plethora of varying backgrounds of people, races, and nationalities ... focusing on our common denominator ? Enjoyment. Enjoyment of music, great decor, great people, and in a safe, secure environment?.

The party promises to be one not to be missed with two of Bermuda?s hottest DJs? Skilatchi and DJ Chubb playing the latest Cafe Del Mar, Reggae, R&B, Hip Hop, House, Rock, Dancehall, Pop and Salsa.

The party will begin when partygoers step off the mega ferries. When the enter the venue, they will witness Brazilian capeirora and a drumming showcase.

Dancers from the Sabor School of Salsa will perform a pink Miami-styled dance show.

Also Tiny T & MC DC will be unveiling a special Unit?e song and performance.

?I don?t want to say too much, but it?ll be new kind of vibe, think ?Dutty House!?,? said Mr. Thomas.

There will also be Unit? showgirls and show men dancers with hot fire spinning performances along with a massive fire spitting column not seen in Bermuda before. There will also be a pink dance floor light show.

To make the show even better, Mr. Thomas said a surprise celebrity performance is on the cards for the night.

The event will be hosted by a sassy Cabaret host and singer.

The VIP section will be a spectacular on its own with ten cabanas, two complimentary bottles from Goslings, complimentary nibbles, a complimentary pass on the ferry back, a private bar, personal security, and bottle service.

Mr. Thomas said the organisation takes security seriously and this party will be no exception.

?We take safety seriously and have multi-layered approach to it. This pink party will be no exception, only more so due to recent social developments. We will continue to have high dress code standards at the door, we?ll continue to enforce an age limit of 21 years an older, we?ll continue to play music conducive to fun rather confrontation, we?ll continue to market to only the ?Unit? standard target audience, and finally we?ll lean heavily on a strong security presence. There has been a confirmed police presence at our event, and we?ll certainly be looking as, we did last year to have the kind gentleman of the Emergency Response Team with Uzi?s there to party with us?.

Upcoming Unit? events include the White party ? a Hamptons style party and the Masquerade Ball for New Year?s Eve.

They are part of the ?Endless Summer Nights? series with events such as beach parties every Sunday and Horseshoe Bay and Happy Hour at Pier Six on Fridays.
