Michael Weeks visited the Department of Customs cruise port screening facility at Heritage Wharf in Dockyard, the Nelson Bascome Centre for Substance Abuse Treatment, and Somerset Police Station.
Mr Weeks, who was accompanied by Lieutenant-Colonel Edward Lamb, his Permanent Secretary, spoke to officers and staff to learn more about day-to-day operations and how their work impacted the island.
