Nicole Cavanagh joins Carey Olsen Bermuda
Carey Olsen is pleased to announce that Nicole Cavanagh has joined the firm’s dispute resolution and litigation practice in Bermuda as counsel.
Ms Cavanagh’s practice covers the full spectrum of matrimonial law, including divorce, separation, and ancillary relief. She has a particular focus on the intersection of trusts and divorce, advising high-net-worth clients and business families on asset protection and global wealth distribution.
With two decades of experience in family and matrimonial law, the firm said Ms Cavanagh was “widely recognised for her expertise in resolving high-stakes financial disputes and complex child-related matters with a focus on cost-effective, pragmatic outcomes”.
Before joining Carey Olsen, Ms Cavanagh was a senior associate at MJM, where she re-established the firm’s matrimonial and family law practice.
She spent ten years prior working at top-tier firms in Hong Kong, advising on high-end private client litigation and fiduciary management. Ms Cavanagh is qualified in England and Wales, Hong Kong, and Bermuda.
