Police: you could help bring closure to murder case
Police renewed calls for information after the second anniversary of the fatal shooting of 37-year-old mother of five Diante Trimm.
A spokeswoman for the Bermuda Police Service said that a report was received of a woman being shot at her South Terrace, Pembroke home at about 12.50am on June 7, 2024.
Despite life-saving efforts, Ms Trimm died as a result of her injuries.
The murder was described at the time as a “targeted attack” but police did not confirm whether she was the intended target.
“To date, no persons have been arrested in connection with this shooting, however, detectives continue to investigate the matter,” the BPS spokeswoman said.
“The Bermuda Police Service encourages members of the community who may have any information to come forward and assist, as your assistance is invaluable.
“If you know something, please say something. Your assistance could be vital in helping to bring closure to this case and justice for the victim and her family.”
