Sentencing date set for man found with knife

A date for sentencing has been set for a Pembroke man who pleaded guilty to being in possession of a fixed bladed article.

Neville Richardson spent his weekend behind bars after being arrested by police on Saturday after they found the knife in his possession on Kindley Field Road in St George’s.

The 57-year-old admitted the offence yesterday at Magistrates’ Court.

Richardson was bailed at $3,000 and will return to court on October 2 to learn his fate.
