Using a handheld device while operating a bike proved costly for a rider who appeared yesterday in Magistrates’ Court.

Donte Kellman, 25, admitted the offence, which he committed on July 25, 2025, and was fined $300.

In addition to the fine, Kellman had six points added to his licence.
