A Smith’s man has been disqualified from the roads for six months and hit in the pocket after admitting driving without due care and attention.

Ian Henderson committed the offence on South Road in Devonshire on October 4 last year.

The court heard how the 44-year-old caused a collision that resulted in a slight injury to another person and damage to vehicles.

Henderson received a $750 fine and was ordered off the roads until March 2027.
