Three men were disqualified from the roads yesterday after each of them admitted in Magistrates’ Court to speeding.

Micah Eve, 22, Cairo Tucker, 18, and Nyhrobi Carmichael, 29, pleaded guilty to the offences.

Police caught Eve, from Sandys, and Tucker, from Hamilton Parish, speeding at 74km/h and 66km/h respectively on June 28.

Carmichael, also from Hamilton Parish, was caught travelling at 61km/h on June 27.

All three men appeared in court with demerit points on their licences.

Magistrate Maria Sofianos fined each of them $750, added ten points to their licences and disqualified Tucker from driving for nine months and Carmichael and Eve for eight months each.
