Shiona Turini’s latest style gig with Beyoncé
An Emmy Award-winning Bermudian consultant, stylist and costume designer has once again collaborated with a global singing icon for a limited edition magazine.
November’s issue of i-D features images of Beyoncé wearing fashion items selected by Shiona Turini.
As she expands her haircare brand Cécred into the UK, the singer returns to the pages of the magazine 20 years after her last cover to open up about her hair, her family and her love for London.
Ms Turini has previously worked with the performer. She won an Emmy in the category of Outstanding Costumes for Variety, Nonfiction or Reality Programming for designing the Beyoncé Bowl on Netflix.
Her work was earlier credited in The Hollywood Reporter, which hailed the Bermudian as one of the best celebrity stylists of 2025.
An article, headlined “Hollywood’s Top 25 Power Stylists 2025”, acknowledged her work curating Beyoncé’s look during Netflix’s first NFL Christmas GameDay Live in Houston.
The style was described as a “Cowboy Carter Western aesthetic with Levi’s jeans, fringe and blinged-out cowboy hats”.
Ms Turini secured a spot on the list along with the likes of Taylor McNeill, whose clients include Timothée Chalamet, Daniel Craig and Kendrick Lamar, and Samantha McMillen, who has perfected looks for celebrities including Brie Larson and Kirsten Dunst.
In 2023, she said her dreams were realised when she helped create Beyoncé’s look during her Renaissance World Tour.
