The awarding of the scholarships are based on academic achievement, citizenship and personal interests, be they music, art, athletics, or student leadership.

There is no scholarship exam so decisions are based on school reports, resumes and a personal interview with the Selection Committee.
The amount of the awards may vary from $5,000 to $20,000 and are renewable each year provided the student maintains good academic standing, participates in school life and makes a positive contribution socially.
