International Pool League with a solid all-round team performance when they defeated Vasco I during recent action.

Vasco, riding high with a 27-point lead with only seven games left to play, watched helplessly as Parish, captained by Richard Foggo, showed championship form and a never-say-die attitude. Parish fought back to defeat Vasco by one point.

Michael Burgess was high man for Parish with 45 points followed by Dion Burgess with 42. High man for Vasco was Manuel Furtado with 47 points while Paul Doidge had 40.

Bermuda War Vets won a make-up match against Swinging Doors I 204-81 behind Kidd Mouchette's perfect 50 and Chance McLean's 44.
