A total of 14,150 shares worth $29,870 today traded on Bermuda Stock Exchange (BSX).

The Bank of Butterfield saw 12,150 shares trade, leaving its price up two cents at $1.80.

Insurance firm Argus was up 20 cents at $4 after 2,000 shares changed hands.

The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed up 12.75 points (1.05 per cent) at 1,229.95.

The BSX Insurance Index ended the day up 3.49 points (0.22 per cent) at 1,578.10.
