Butterfield shares fall 4.3% in New York

No shares traded on the Bermuda Stock Exchange, as The Royal Gazette/BSX Index closed unchanged on 2,711.1.
For the week, the index gained 1.64 per cent, driven by a 2.3 per cent climb in Butterfield Bank shares, offset by a 2.5 per cent dip in BF&M’s share price.
Butterfield’s US-listed shares fell $1.74, or 4.35 per cent to close at $38.30 on the New York Stock Exchange.
