Bank stock falls in New York

The RG/BSX Index closed at 2,465.21, down 26.82 (1.08 per cent), pulled down by Bank of N.T. Butterfield Ltd, which fell 50 cents (1.4 per cent) on a volume of 300 to close at $35 on the Bermuda Stock Exchange.
No other issues traded for the day.
The Bank of N T Butterfield & Son Ltd closed on the New York Stock Exchange down 26 cents (0.75 per cent) at $34.29.
The Royal Gazette/BSX Index finished down 26.82 or 1.08 per cent.
