Sandys man remanded to face counterfeit cash charges
A 27-year-old who appeared in Magistrates’ Court twice in the same week, was remanded into custody.
Jason Devon Dill denied possession of cannabis with intent to supply, possession of drug equipment and possession of methadone intended for supply on January 10 when he first appeared before Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner.
He returned to court later in the week when he pleaded not guilty to possessing counterfeit money in Pembroke on February 29.
At his second appearance Mr Warner recalled seeing Mr Dill in court earlier in the week.
He noted that Mr Dill was released on $15,000 bail with one surety on the drug charges and was to stand trial on June 8.
Mr Warner remanded Mr Dill in custody and set a trial date for the counterfeit cash charges of April 16.
