A 19-year-old man today denied committing a serious sexual assault on a 28-year-old woman at gunpoint during a home invasion.The teenager, from Hamilton Parish, is one of three men charged with an armed home invasion in that parish on March 19.He cannot be named for legal reasons.Along with Olice Morgan, 30, and Triston Burgess, 19, he is accused of aggravated burglary at a residence, during which electronic equipment, cell phones and jewellery were allegedly taken at gunpoint.He and Burgess, of Warwick, are accused of taking two motorcycles without consent, possessing a firearm, assaulting a man with intent to rob him, and using a gun to commit that assault. Morgan, of Pembroke, is accused of handling a firearm on or about March 20 and handling stolen goods on or about that date.Puisne Judge Carlisle Greaves remanded all the defendants into custody until their trial on September 24.In another case during the monthly Supreme Court arraignments session, Roger Lightbourne Jr, 21, pleaded not guilty to the premeditated murder of Jamiko Leshore on March 1, 2011. He further denied using a firearm to commit the murder and handling a firearm at some point between July 7, 2010, and March 3, 2011.Mr Lightbourne Jr, of St David's, was remanded into custody until the next arraignments session in August.In another case, Ahijah Dill, 26, pleaded not guilty to wounding Miguel Swan causing grievous bodily harm during an alleged machete attack outside the Leopard's Club.Mr Dill, of Pembroke, further denied possessing a machete in an increased penalty zone.Both charges are related to an incident on January 22.Mr Dill was told he will stand trial on or before October 29. He was bailed, although defence lawyer Elizabeth Christopher said he's been unable to obtain his bail yet.In another case, two men and two women faced a string of drug and money laundering charges.Kiare Hollis, and Cordell Samuels, both 32, are accused of importing cannabis between a date unknown and February 27 2011.Hollis, of Hamilton Parish, pleaded not guilty. Samuels, of Smith's, did not enter a plea.Mr Hollis further denied two charges of money laundering the proceeds of his drug trafficking and also possessing drug equipment in the form of a scale on August 4 2011.Meanwhile two Hamilton Parish women; Celia Correia, 28, and Shuntai Scraders, 26, are also accused of laundering the proceeds of Hollis's drug trafficking, which they deny.All the money laundering charges span the period August 2007 and August 2011.When they first appeared at Magistrates' Court, the court heard the allegedly laundered funds were around $308,000 in the case of Mr Hollis, $120,000 in the case of Ms Correia and $23,000 in the case of Ms Scraders.Mr Justice Greaves bailed all four defendants until their trial on December 4.
