The owner of Cardoza’s Garage appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with common nuisance.

Mark Sousa, 58, denied allegations he prevented members of the public from having access to Mission Road, Paget, where the garage is located.

Senior Magistrate Archibald Warner released Mr Sousa on $2,000 bail.
