A 30-year-old man has denied having more than $23,000 worth of cocaine.

Kevin Majors, of Pembroke, appeared in Magistrates’ Court this morning.

He pleaded not guilty to possession of cocaine, cannabis and cannabis resin with intent to supply, and a charge of having two scales for use with a controlled drug.

Mr Majors was accused of being found in possession of 77.13 grams of cocaine worth $23,000, 52.55g of cannabis worth $2,627 and 2.97g of cannabis resin worth $300 in Pembroke on September 6 last year.

Senior Justice Archibald Warner adjourned the case until December 2 and granted Mr Majors $10,000 bail with one surety.
