Ross elected to BCB executive

Paul Ross was elected as second vice president of the Bermuda Cricket Board on Thursday night during the annual general meeting, replacing the post vacated by Allan Douglas, while Lorenzo Tucker was appointed assistant treasurer/secretary, replacing McNeil McGowan.

Ross and Tucker will hold the posts until the next AGM in 2018.

Clay Smith, one of the applicants for the national coach post, was returned as a club representative along with Cal Waldron while Terryn Fray, the Bailey’s Bay and Bermuda batsman, was appointed as a club rep in place of Tucker. The representatives will hold office until 2016.

The audited financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2014 were approved with a clean unqualified opinion, while KPMG was re-appointed as the auditor for the year ending December 31, 2015.
