A major survey of business confidence in Bermuda is set to be unveiled tomorrow to an invited audience.

The survey, sponsored by HSBC and carried out by Total Research Associates, invited nearly 400 business people on the island to take part.

Mark Watkinson, chief executive officer of HSBC Bermuda, said: “HSBC supports research both globally through its own research and locally within the business community because we believe it’s important for Bermuda to have a clear indication of business trends impacting our economy.

“The Bermuda business confidence index continues to provide valuable market intelligence from which local business owners can leverage to better assist them in building their business strategies and ultimately position themselves for success.”
