A music teacher at Saltus Grammar School took part in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day parade earlier today.

Kelley Taylor, who teaches secondary instrumental music at the school, was one of 400 band directors who marched during the annual event in New York City.

Ms Taylor played the clarinet during the Saluting America’s Band Directors parade entry, which focused on the theme “we teach music, we teach life”, and was featured with the group during last year’s Rose Parade.
