Ingham’s crucial role with teams

Ervelle Ingham plays a pretty crucial role in the America's Cup and without her quite a few team members may never get their mail.

Because they don't have a set address, some of the mail is sent to the West End Development Corporation where it is carefully looked after by Ervelle, a receptionist with Wedco.

“I chat with them and all of them are really friendly people and always say ‘good morning',” Ingham said.

She said she was really excited by the prospect of the America's Cup and is thinking about joining the volunteer ranks to do her bit to make sure the event is a resounding success.

“I had not heard about the America's Cup until Bermuda won the right to host it this year, and I am really looking forward to everything that is going to take place.”
