Internet services have been restored to One Communications customers after a network outage that affected residents across Bermuda.
A spokeswoman for the company said teams will continue to monitor and optimise performance as the network returns to full stability.
A service outage affected the company’s customers in “various parts of the island”, the business acknowledged over the weekend.
Yesterday, it said about 15 per cent of its broadband customers had been impacted.
“We apologise for the disruption caused and acknowledge the frustration experienced by affected customers,” the spokeswoman said today.
She said a review of the incident is under way as the company remains focused on delivering the reliable service its customers expect.
