Community urged to visit Flu Express
The advent of flu season comes with several dates for the community to get immunised.
A drive-through is available at the old LF Wade International Airport terminal in St George’s, where signs are up to direct the community, from 10am to 2pm tomorrow and at the same hours on Saturday.
Another drive-through clinic is available at the Boaz Island Community Centre in Sandys next Tuesday from 10am to 2pm.
Flu shots are also available on November 29, at the Hamilton Health Centre on Victoria Street, from 2pm to 6pm. Walk-ins only will be taken.
The jab is $20, cash only, for those aged 12 and above, while those 65 and above can get vaccinated for free.
The consent form for vaccination is available online to reduce waiting times. An e-mail will be sent to be shown on arrival.
